Without a doubt-Lori Lyn was literally raised on bluegrass
music!! At a very young age her parents took her to a bluegrass festival in Ottawa, OH. She grew up listening
to Flatt and Scruggs, Jimmy Martin, and the Osborne Brothers. Lori was born and raised the small tows of Wapakoneta,
Oh with her family roots in East Tennesee. She has been singing since the age of 6 yrs old and has a powerful
lead vocal and an incredible amount of evergy. For the last 6 years Lori played upright bass, and sang lead & harmony
vocals with the Greg "Spanky" Moore Bluegrass Band and various other artists on the circuit.
Now-with a New Outlook-Lori has put together a talented group of
musicians. Each member brings to the band years of experience in both traditional and newer bluegrass and gospel music.
She attributes much of her singin style to Dolly Parton, Rhonda Vincent and Dale Ann Bradley. However, her own individuality
and soulful singing shines through as you will see when you listen to her.
